Wanneer u gebruik maakt van Studio Scheef aan de Spijkermakersstraat 146, 2512 ET Den Haag, accepteert u de volgende voorwaarden:

HUURPERIODE, RESERVERING, ANNULERING De ruimte(en) en equipement kunnen persoonlijk, telefonisch of per e-mail gereserveerd worden. De huurperiode is het aantal uren waarvoor gereserveerd is. Deze huurvoorwaarden zijn van kracht zodra de reservering door huurder en verhuurder akkoord bevonden is. Van de huurder wordt dan verwacht dat hij/zij kennis heeft genomen van deze huurvoorwaarden, dat hij/zij hiermee onvoorwaardelijk akkoord is en zich volledig hieraan confirmeert. De huurperiode voor de fotostudio is ten minste 1 uur. Alle tijd die besteed wordt aan voorbereidingen (uitleg, controle, opstellingen, instellingen, visagie, haarverzorging, kleden, voorbereiding, installatie etc.) valt binnen de huurperiode. (Ad-hoc) verlenging van de huurperiode is mogelijk wanneer de agenda van verhuurder dit toelaat. Bij annulering van de reservering door huurder, binnen 48 uur voor aanvang van de huurperiode, is aan verhuurder 50% van de huursom inclusief btw verschuldigd. Bij annulering van de reservering door huurder, binnen 24 uur voor aanvang van de huurperiode, is aan verhuurder 100% van de huursom inclusief btw verschuldigd.

BEPALING BASIS OPZET EN INRICHTING VAN DE STUDIO In het basistarief voor het huren van de fotostudio is gebruik van de basis studio-inrichting inbegrepen, evenals gebruik van de keuken, de visagieruimte, de entresol en het toilet. Tot de basisinrichting behoort: Standard Reflectors | LEE color filters | Polyboards | Work tables | Chairs | Extension cords | Clamps | Sound installation | Wi-Fi

AANSPRAKELIJKHEID, BEKWAAMHEID, ONDERHOUD De huurder is volledig verantwoordelijk voor alle personen, dieren, voorwerpen, apparatuur etc.die vanwege zijn reservering in het Studio Scheef pand aanwezig zijn/waren. De huurder is aansprakelijk voor beschadiging, vermissing, ver- en ontvreemding van al de ter beschikking gestelde apparatuur, gebruiksvoorwerpen, meubilair en opstal. De huurder is aansprakelijk voor defecten van/aan al de ter beschikking gestelde apparatuur, gebruiksvoorwerpen, meubilair en opstal welke zijn ontstaan tijdens de huurperiode door ondeskundig en/of onzorgvuldig gebruik. De huurder begrijpt en erkent deze aansprakelijkheden onvoorwaardelijk. Verhuurder verklaart te beschikken over alle informatie en vaardigheden om het gehuurde als deskundige en zonder onverantwoorde risico’s te kunnen gebruiken en te onderhouden. De huurder dient vóór gebruik het gehuurde te controleren op aanwezigheid, compleetheid, werking, defecten en op beschadigingen. Als bij die controle een tekortkoming blijkt, dan dient huurder dit vóór gebruik te melden aan verhuurder. Hiervan wordt dan een Verslag Van Gebreken gemaakt. Zonder de aanwezigheid van zo een Verslag Van Gebreken zullen alle vermissingen en/of beschadigingen die geconstateerd worden na gebruik door huurder, voor rekening van die huurder komen. Zonder de aanwezigheid van zo een Verslag Van Gebreken was er, op het moment van ingebruikname door huurder, geen sprake van enig defect van/aan het gehuurde; defecten geconstateerd/gemeld tijdens of na gebruik door huurder worden dan geacht te zijn ontstaan tijdens dit gebruik. Dan zal beoordeeld worden of het defect of de defecten te wijten is/zijn aan ondeskundig dan wel onzorgvuldig gebruik, zulks ter beoordeling door verhuurder. Er mag geen enkel eigendom van verhuurder uit het pand aan de Spijkermakersstraat 146, Den Haag, door huurder en/of zijn/haar cliënten/genodigden worden meegenomen, meegegeven, geleend of uitgeleend; huurder draagt hiervoor volledig de verantwoording.

VERZEKERING, NIEUWWAARDE, AANGIFTE Beschadigingen, vermissingen, defecten etc. dienen door huurder onmiddellijk aan verhuurder gemeld te worden. De huurder verklaart te beschikken over een geldige en deugdelijke WA of Bedrijfs- aansprakelijkheidsverzekering. Wanneer een eigendom van verhuurder als verloren of onherstelbaar defect/beschadigd kan worden beschouwd, dan staat huurder in en borg voor schadeloosstelling van verhuurder op basis van gelijkwaardige vervangingswaarde op dat moment, dit ongeacht de verzekeringsvoorwaarden/-dekking. Van verlies of (vermeende) diefstal van een eigendom van verhuurder doet deze altijd aangifte bij de politie.

HUISREGELS De huurder is voldoende deskundig en bekwaam om het gehuurde zonder onverantwoorde risico’s te gebruiken. De huurder staat verhuurder toe in het pand aanwezig te zijn tijdens de huurperiode. De entreedeuren dienen onder observatie of gesloten te blijven om insluiping te voorkomen. Roken is binnen nergens toegestaan. De huurder is verantwoordelijk voor iedereen die hij toegang tot het gebouw verleent. Na gebruik moeten de ruimten opgeruimd en netjes worden achtergelaten.

BETALING De betaling kan direct na de huurperiode contant betaald worden of anders stuurt de verhuurder de huurder een factuur op per email met een uiterlijke betalingstermijn van 10 dagen.

By using Studio Scheef at Spijkermakersstraat 146, 2512 ET The Hague, you accept the following terms and conditions:

RENTAL PERIOD, RESERVATION, CANCELLATION: The space(s) and equipment can be reserved in person, by phone, or by email. The rental period is the number of hours reserved. These rental terms and conditions are effective as soon as the reservation has been approved by the tenant and the landlord. The tenant is then expected to have read these rental terms and conditions, to unconditionally agree to them, and to fully comply with them. The rental period for the photo studio is at least one hour. All time spent on preparations (explanation, checks, setups, settings, makeup, hairdressing, dressing, preparation, installation, etc.) falls within the rental period. (Ad hoc) extensions of the rental period are possible if the landlord's schedule permits. If the tenant cancels the reservation within 48 hours before the start of the rental period, the landlord is liable for 50% of the rental fee, including VAT. If the tenant cancels the reservation within 24 hours before the start of the rental period, the landlord is liable for 100% of the rental fee, including VAT.

LIABILITY, CAPACITY, MAINTENANCE The tenant is fully responsible for all persons, animals, objects, equipment, etc., present/present in the Studio Scheef premises due to their reservation. The tenant is liable for damage, loss, misappropriation, and theft of all equipment, utensils, furniture, and fixtures provided. The tenant is liable for defects to all equipment, utensils, furniture, and fixtures provided, which occur during the rental period due to improper and/or careless use. The tenant understands and unconditionally acknowledges these liabilities. The landlord declares that it possesses all the information and skills required to use and maintain the rented property competently and without unreasonable risks. Before use, the tenant must inspect the rented property for its presence, completeness, functionality, defects, and damage. If this inspection reveals any deficiencies, the tenant must report this to the landlord before use. A Defect Report will then be prepared. Without such a Defect Report, all missing items and/or damage discovered after use by the tenant will be the tenant's responsibility. Without such a Defect Report, there would have been no defect in the rented property at the time the tenant occupied it; defects discovered or reported during or after use by the tenant are then deemed to have occurred during that use. An assessment will then be made as to whether the defect(s) are attributable to improper or careless use, at the discretion of the landlord. No property belonging to the landlord from the property at Spijkermakersstraat 146, The Hague, may be taken, given, borrowed, or lent by the tenant and/or their clients/invitees; the tenant is fully responsible for this.

INSURANCE, REPLACEMENT VALUE, REPORTING Damage, missing items, defects, etc., must be reported immediately to the landlord by the tenant. The tenant declares that they have valid and adequate third-party liability or business liability insurance. If the landlord's property is deemed lost or irreparably defective/damaged, the tenant guarantees and warrants compensation to the landlord based on equivalent replacement value at that time, regardless of the insurance conditions/coverage. The landlord must always report the loss or (suspected) theft of the landlord's property to the police.

HOUSE RULES The tenant is sufficiently knowledgeable and competent to use the rented property without taking unreasonable risks. The tenant allows the landlord to be present in the property during the rental period. The entrance doors must remain under observation or closed to prevent intrusion. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside. The tenant is responsible for anyone they grant access to the building. After use, the premises must be left tidy and clean.

PAYMENT Payment can be made in cash immediately after the rental period, or the landlord will send the tenant an invoice by email with a payment deadline of 10 days.
